| Job Summary/Basic Function | Graphic Design Responsibilities: • Assist in the creation of visual content for various digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, website banners, brochures, and flyers. • Develop and edit visual assets (photos, illustrations, logos) to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. • Preparing final files for both digital distribution and professional printing. • Translate marketing objectives into clear and compelling visual designs under the direction of the marketing committee. Marketing Support Responsibilities: • Contribute to the execution of social media strategy by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and researching relevant content trends. • Help draft and proofread marketing copy for social media and website content. • Assist with basic website updates, including image placement and minor content edits. • Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, and target audience preferences to inform marketing campaigns. • Support the planning and coordination of marketing events or campaigns as needed. General/Administrative: • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing initiatives and creative projects. • Report on the performance of designed assets and marketing activities (e.g., social media post engagement). |
| Required Qualifications | Experience using the Adobe Suite to produce designs assets, both print and digital. Social media usage and content creation. |
| Preferred Qualifications | Experience updating webpage images and content. Familiarity with marketing plan execution. |
