Job Description

Start Date: Mid- September 2025

Location: USA, Irvine, California – Be able to work in a hybrid basis- 3 days in the office and the rest remote (called "Best of Both")

Core Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement growth marketing strategies across SEO, social media, and email channels to increase traffic and conversions.

· Analyze user behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing campaigns.

· Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement on social media platforms.

· Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain existing users.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and promotions.

· Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.

Do you have what it takes?
· Certification in Digital Marketing or Growth Marketing tools/platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot or Growth Hacking Certification)

· Proficiency in data analytics platforms and marketing technology tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Google Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)

· 4+ Years of Relevant Marketing Experience.

· Proficiency in creating engaging and relevant content that resonates with the target audience across various platforms (specifically Photo and Video Editing).

· Experience managing agency partners or cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.

· Digital Marketing Expertise: A strong understanding of SEO, social media, and email marketing strategies to effectively drive user acquisition and engagement.

· Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data and metrics to assess campaign performance, make data-driven decisions, and optimize strategies for better results.

· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and convey marketing messages clearly.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $81,631.00 - $122,447.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
