GTM Sales Ops Analyst
Location Requirements: This position is Hybrid to Wayne or Naperville. Remote candidates will be considered. The role will work hours based on the Eastern Time Zone.
Your role on the team:
Frontline Education is seeking a highly quantitative, driven, process and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. The Sales Operations Analyst will work cross-functionally with several organizations within Frontline, including strategy, sales, operations, finance and business operations, to enable revenue teams to make effective, analytically driven and strategic operating decisions throughout the sales process.
The primary focus of the GTM Sales Ops Analyst position will review and define sales operations processes to ensure efficient and effective workflow. The Analyst will assist the Sales Operations Director in the development and refining of various sales focused processes.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about working in a constantly shifting environment, interested in process, organizational efficiency, inquisitive, a fast learner, team player, and someone who is able to move quickly while staying focused on multiple high-impact projects.
You can expect to:
- Bolster Director, Revenue and Sales Operations and the Sales Operations team with sales process development and refinement
- Work across departments within the company to ensure efficiency and accuracy of process
- Compile data points related to sales objectives and systems
- Partner with the marketing, finance, sales, legal and client services organization to gather, vet and refine information
- Assist sales teams with CRM/Salesforce processes

- SaaS software experience preferred.
This role requires:
- Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Communications or other highly methodological field of study
- Demonstrated problem solving ability
- Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Word and Excel skills (Pivot tables/Charts/ Vlookups)
- CRM/Salesforce experience is required

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this role includes a bonus, personalized PTO, and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401k, and much more!
