About the Role
Campus is hiring dedicated, student-centered Healthcare Administration Teaching Assistants to support instructors and play a critical role in student success within Campusâs live, structured online model. TAs lead discussion sections, support grading, hold office hours, and reinforce applied learning. This is not a grading-only position. It is instructional support within a live learning environment. All teaching and discussion sections occur between 6 and 10 PM EST.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelorâs degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, Public Health, Business, or related field OR 1 to 3 years of professional healthcare industry experience.
Experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring undergraduate students.
Strong communication skills.
Passion for student success.
Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing.
Preferred:
Currently pursuing or completed Masterâs in Healthcare Administration or Public Health
Experience with medical billing and coding
Familiarity with EHR systems
Experience working with diverse, first-generation, or adult learners
