Highlights

Provide holistic academic advising following NACADA and Marianist mission principles.
Collaborate with colleagues across various academic units and departments.
Support student belonging, whole person success, retention, and persistence to graduation.
Use office technologies including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite effectively.
Employ systems such as Starfish by EAB/Hobson, Banner, and DegreeWorks (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience working with college-aged students and knowledge of student development and academic advising best practices encouraged.
Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and culturally appropriate student support.
Ability to work some nights and weekends.
Support students in the College of Arts and Sciences, School of Education and Health Sciences, and School of Engineering.
