  • Maintain and update the college HR database, records, and online HR resources ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with University of Florida HR practices, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office, DropBox, DocuSign, and SharePoint.
  • Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree and four years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
  • Compensation ranges from $73,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with education and experience, with a comprehensive benefits package.
