Position Summary
Reporting to Associate Director of Compensation, the HR Data Analyst is a key contributor within the central Columbia University Human Resources (CUHR) group, primarily providing compensation analyses and support related to the department’s administrative processes. In addition, the role will be involved in data analytics and reporting for these and other HR functions. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to enhancing operations and supporting informed decision-making.
