HR Data Control Coordinator Full Description


 | Department: Human Resources
| Salary: Commensurate with Experience/Education
| Description: Responsible for the timely, accurate processing of all data in an assigned area within Human Resources such as: Records, Compensation, or Benefits. 1. Collects, reviews and inputs data into a State or University computer processing system. 2. Maintain, track, and process paperwork in assigned HR area. 3. Maintain data integrity through audits, queries, and reconciliation of various reports. 4. Identifies and resolves production related errors. 5. Helps review and improve procedures in various departments/colleges and instructs personnel regarding them. 6.Calculates leave dates, eligible prior state service, transferable sick and vacation hours and longevity pay; submits notices to payroll and departments. 7. Deals directly with various internal clients at various levels. 8. Maintain records & files for assigned HR area. 9. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. MQ: Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional disciplines. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related, 4 year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed. Requires a minimum of six (6) months of directly job-related experience.
