Position Overview  | This position will be responsible for providing support, coordination and oversight to the Human Resources front office and operational functions. The role ensures and maintains stewardship of the university and its resources by adhering to ethical standards of professional conduct. This position will include responsibilities of supervision of other employees, volunteers and/or students while acting in a manner consistent with the University’s core mission and values of learning, community, responsibility, integrity and quality.

Duties may include: Maintain I-9 compliance Apply all university and department policies, procedures and legal requirements Maintain file security and hazard protection Process public record requests Optimize client and program satisfaction through teamwork and commitment to customer service Provide support to the HR operating functions as a whole Supervision of other front office employees, volunteers and/or students Other duties as assigned
