UNC Charlotte is hiring an HRIS Business Systems Analyst to provide production troubleshooting, operational support, and subject matter expertise for Banner HR and related HR/Payroll systems. The role involves managing system integrations and vendor relationships, resolving system issues, and leading projects that improve processes, system implementations, and reporting.

Provide operational support and troubleshoot HR/Payroll systems including Banner HR, PeopleAdmin, Law Logix, and associated data feeds.
Manage system integrations and relationships with third-party vendors.
Lead and support HR/Payroll projects by recommending solutions, gathering requirements, testing changes, and coordinating implementations.
Develop reports and fulfill data requests related to HR/Payroll/Position Control.
Perform testing for system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
Write and maintain system requirements, specifications, and process documentation.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a business or technology field and five years of business systems analysis experience, with substitutions considered on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred knowledge includes 12 semester hours in programming.
Salary range: $86,243 - $98,583 annually.
Position is full-time, permanent, exempt, and part of UNC Charlotte's OneIT division.
