Highlights
Acts as the primary HR contact for managers and employees in assigned client units.
Provides expert guidance on HR policies, compensation, classification, and employee relations.
Conducts organizational assessments and assists with departmental reorganizations and change management.
Performs comprehensive position analysis and supports competitive, equitable compensation practices.
Facilitates dispute resolution and manages disciplinary actions in collaboration with Employee Relations.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with substantial HR experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software for data analysis and reporting is preferred.
Preferred qualifications include HR certifications (SHRM or HRCI), knowledge of HR laws, and university or academic setting experience.
Annual salary starts at $77,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Eligible for benefits and classified exempt position with 1.0 FTE.
