  • Proficiency preferred in PeopleSoft, Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), and UF personnel policies.
  • Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
  • Experience with payroll, recruitment systems like PageUp, knowledge of J-1 and H-1 visa processes beneficial.
  • Expected salary range is $52,000 to $65,000 annually.
  • Work closely with faculty, staff, trainees, leadership, finance, and grant administration teams within the CTSI and University of Florida.
