Human Resources Manager Full Description

We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and support all core HR functions. This role is a strategic partner to leadership while also being hands-on—driving employee engagement, strengthening culture, and ensuring HR practices align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, performance management, and compliance
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, best practices, and workplace issues
  • Manage benefits administration, compensation planning, and payroll coordination
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a positive, inclusive company culture
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
  • Design and facilitate training programs that help our teams thrive
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to leadership to support decision-making

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including people management
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) strongly preferred
