Pay Information  | Range 23 ($5,448.21 – $6,814.00) per month based on the current AFT Classified Professionals – Salary Schedule. New employees will begin on Step F ($5,448.21). Salary negotiation is not allowed. Promoted or transferred employees will be placed as specified in the CBA. This position is FLSA Non-exempt (may accrue overtime). Excellent benefits are provided to all Contract employees with assignments greater than, or equal to, 50% (0.50 FTE) and all eligible dependents. Hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Selected candidate must be willing to adjust work days/hours based on the department’s needs.

Desired Qualifications  | Knowledge of or experience with Human Resources practices, employment processes, recruitment, onboarding, personnel records, or related administrative functions. Ability to provide accurate, respectful, and compassionate service while working with individuals who have different backgrounds, abilities, communication styles, and ways of processing information. Demonstrated awareness of accessibility, neurodiversity, and inclusion, including the ability to recognize and reduce barriers within employment processes, communications, forms, systems, and services.
