Advertised Job Summary | We’re looking for a skilled Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to help power and protect the university’s digital ecosystem. In this hands-on technical role, you’ll design, build, and maintain secure identity solutions that support students, faculty, researchers, and staff.If you’re passionate about automation, scalable architecture, and building secure identity lifecycle solutions using Oracle technologies, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in higher education.
What You’ll Do
Design and engineer enterprise identity solutions using Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), and Single Sign-On (SSO)Develop and customize OIM components, including: Event handlers Custom connectors Scheduled jobs API integrations Workflow enhancements Implement SCIM-based provisioning to automate identity lifecycle processes Build and manage identity and compliance reports using OIM BI PublisherAdminister and optimize Oracle Unified Directory, including schema management, synchronization, replication, and performance tuning Integrate IAM systems with Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and SSO solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues in distributed IAM environments Partner with cross-functional IT teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned with university policies and standards
What You Bring
Required Bachelor’s degree in a related field 3+ years of relevant professional experience
