Working within our Data & Analytics Services team, you partner closely with Advisors and teammates to translate needs into structured, executable work. You are responsible not just for completing tasks, but for ensuring the work is correct, complete, and aligned to the intended outcome.
Your work builds trust in the systems and insights that educators rely on every day.

- Translate ambiguous or incomplete requests into clear, structured work with defined inputs, outputs, and success criteria
- Transform, validate, and configure data to support reliable models and outputs
Build quality into your process through validation, reconciliation, and thoughtful checks before delivery - Identify issues, inconsistencies, or risks early and take action to resolve them or escalate when appropriate
- Challenge unclear, incorrect, or inefficient requests when necessary to ensure quality outcomes
- Partner effectively with Advisors by providing clear updates, surfacing risks, and aligning on priorities
- Manage multiple requests and priorities while maintaining consistency and attention to detail
- Contribute to more efficient and scalable ways of working through documentation, standardization, and process improvement
- Use available tools, automation, and emerging technologies to improve both speed and quality of work
Examples of work may include:
