Job Summary	The Early Childhood Lab within the College of Education serves as a model site for training teachers. The Infant/Toddler Teacher responsibilities at the Early Childhood Lab are: Supervise 6 –8 infants and toddlers in a classroom setting Plan a developmentally appropriate curriculum that meets the needs of all the children. Children are assessed by the teacher, and individual goals are incorporated into the curriculum. The teacher collaborates with First Steps and families to provide services for children with and without disabilities. The Infant/Toddler Teacher also provides a model classroom and is an active participant in observations by UK students and student workers.
