Highlights

Assist with maintenance and enhancement of the University website and web portal.

Create and update digital content and manage the Document Asset Management repository.
Support content lifecycle management, including removal, archiving, and migration of assets.
Assist in development and testing of University mobile applications and integrations.
Work on low-code/no-code applications and AI-related initiatives.
Contribute to documentation including technical guides and workflows.
Monitor and manage service request and incident queues.
Required skills include familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and interest or experience in content management systems, CRM platforms, mobile apps, web analytics, digital forms, workflows, integrations, AI, or low-code development.
Position is open to undergraduate and graduate students, preferably those available year-round with work-study preferred but open to all students.
Wage rate is $11.25 per hour.
