| Job Summary | Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s digital adoption platform and related initiatives to enhance end‑user training and onboarding. Converts operational processes into intuitive guided walkthroughs, process flows, and in‑app support using digital adoption tools. Supports enterprise change management by creating strategic, user‑focused content and ensuring adherence to governance standards for naming, organization, accessibility, and lifecycle management. Continuously tests and updates content to maintain accuracy and alignment with evolving systems, configurations, and policies. Partners with end‑users to gather feedback, address questions, and ensure solutions meet business needs. Manages permissions and access requirements to support a seamless digital adoption experience. |
