Position Overview
The Product Owner, Program Experience & Systems will own the full lifecycle of ILHMâs products, systems, and member experience â from concept and testing through implementation and reporting.
This role combines product management, data ownership, and partnership oversight to ensure the Institute delivers an exceptional experience for members and training participants while maintaining operational excellence across all systems.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of ILHMâs products, systems, and member experience â from concept and design through execution and measurement.
- Serve as the product owner for Dialogs, leading system enhancements, requirements definition, testing, and implementation in collaboration with external vendors.
- Oversee ILHMâs Member Benefits and Partnership programs, managing partner selection, onboarding, contracts, performance tracking, and renewals.
- Develop and maintain data infrastructure and reporting across membership, training, and financial systems.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and alignment across platforms including Dialogs, HubSpot, and internal spreadsheets.
- Build and deliver dashboards and reports to inform business decisions â including member retention, course enrollments, revenue trends, and partner performance.
- Partner with Operations and Marketing to automate communications and workflows, improving member renewal and learner engagement.
- Translate business goals into system requirements and project plans, prioritizing initiatives for maximum impact.
- Manage the technical product enhancement and member partner budgets
- Maintain documentation and best practices for systems, processes, and reporting standards.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts across systems and business processes.
- Improved visibility and accessibility of membership, training, and financial data across teams.
- Increased member and learner engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Successful and timely delivery of system enhancements and automation.

What You'll Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of experience in product ownership, program management, or operations, ideally in a membership, SaaS, or training organization.
- Proven ability to manage vendors, platforms, and technical implementations.
- Strong analytical and data management skills; proficient in Excel and comfortable with reporting tools and data visualization.
- Experience managing cross-functional data across membership, training, and financial systems.
- Familiarity with CRMs, member management platforms, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience a plus).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to lead projects from strategy through execution, balancing detail orientation with big-picture vision.
- A collaborative, solution-focused mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
