Required: Post-Baccalaureate degree or Bachelor’s plus relevant experience; experience in higher education instructional technology support and LMS utilization.
Preferred: Master’s in instructional design or related field, project management skills, experience with digital accessibility, team leadership experience, familiarity with AI technologies.
