Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   
  • Develop a strong understanding of our organizational objectives and create training programs aligned with these goals
  • Gather requirements, analyze, define scope, design, and develop blended dynamic, and engaging “best in class” learning experiences by creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content that meets functionality and branding standards and enhances retention and transfer of learning
  • Design, develop and maintain instructional programs, e-learning materials, and Instructor Led Training to support policies and process changes in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Capturing content and producing media assets (shooting/editing video, voice-overs, scripting)
  • Manage timelines, expectations, and deliverables with internal stakeholders throughout the development process
  • Collaborate and build relationships with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs and build outcome-based training
  • Occasional weekend/evening work required to accomplish training
 
Qualifications:  Education 
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, preferred
  • Instructional Design Certificate, preferred  

Qualifications:  Experience 
  • 1+ years of instructional design experience with demonstrated success
  • Experience in e-learning authoring programs such as Adobe Suite, Articulate 360, for online course creation

Preferred:
  • Strong project management skills
  • Video creation and editing experience; working knowledge of media equipment (camera, lighting, 360, etc.); editing graphics
  • Script writing and voice over work

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills
  • Practice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize and balance compelling needs

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $70K - $85K/yearly

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik/Kum&Go considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
