\JOB DESCRIPTION
Join our team as a Sr. DES Designer and play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and effective training materials that drive business success. This remote position offers the chance to innovate and collaborate with experts in the field.
Responsibilities
- Partner with subject matter experts to assess training needs and develop instructional content.
- Create interactive e-learning courses and instructor-led training materials.
- Apply diverse instructional design methodologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Incorporate gamification strategies to boost learner engagement and retention.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner data to refine training programs.
- Develop evaluation strategies to measure and improve training effectiveness.
- Manage multiple projects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, ideally within the technology sector.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
- Strong grasp of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
- Excellent project management skills with effective task prioritization.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in multimedia production, including video and audio editing.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in instructional design and e-learning.
- Experience in implementing gamification strategies in learning programs.
