Instructional Designer – Multimedia & eLearning Specialist

About the role

We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Instructional Designer with a strong background in multimedia content development.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked within structured environments and is familiar with enterprise-level templates and standards—especially those used by large IT companies like IBM, AWS, or Microsoft.

Key Responsibilities:

Convert instructional content into professional-quality videos
Generate and integrate AI-based voiceovers
Sync voiceovers with animations and other multimedia assets
Convert, format, and enhance PowerPoint presentations for training delivery
Work within predefined templates and formatting standards used by large IT organizations (e.g., IBM, AWS, Microsoft)
