Job Summary:
Seeking a Learning Experience Designer to develop engaging learning content for online and instructor-led training. The role partners with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and management to design, enhance, and deliver educational materials while managing projects from planning through completion.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Instructional design/learning content development experience
- LMS administration and user management
- Project management experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (ISpring, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, publish, update, and maintain digital training materials and assets.
- Create content using instructional design methodologies, including storyboarding, scripting, narrating, recording, and graphic design.
- Convert instructor-led training (ILT) into engaging computer-based training and webinars.
- Produce video, eLearning modules, documents, graphics, and podcasts.
- Develop templates and infrastructure for storing and delivering learning content.
- Partner with management to deploy new training technologies.
- Provide instructional design and multimedia design consultation.
- Manage multimedia studio and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, company policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design and content writing.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of multimedia design and development is a plus.
