What You'll Do:
  •  Develops training materials, course content, and learning activities
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify and determine needs of the course and appropriate delivery method
  • Creates multimedia course content and instructional material (audio, video, games, role plays, etc.) using a variety of media, applications, and program
  • Manages course development projects, including determining and communicating scope of project, requirements, goals, and timeline
  • Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
  • Develop and test online and hybrid courses to ensure smooth content sequencing, flow of information, and relevancy
  • Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of trainings
  • Provide support and guidance to instructors and supervisors in the development and production of multiple online higher education courses, including course builds, interactives, activities, and assessment instrument

What You’ll Need:
  • HIgh School Diploma/GED
  • Two years of relevant work experience in the design, development, and delivery of online course materials and education programs
  • Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education. 
  • Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.
