We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support the development and modernization of organizational training programs. This role plays a key part in ensuring training materials are accurate, engaging, and aligned with best practices, while supporting the rollout of high-visibility initiatives. The Instructional Designer will collaborate closely with internal teams and subject matter experts to deliver effective learning solutions that enhance employee capability and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and update e-learning and training materials aligned with defined learning outcomes
- Modernize training content and formats to support ease of updates and alignment with enterprise learning standards
- Support training readiness for the launch of new, high-visibility programs
- Update course content to reflect organizational changes, processes, and regulatory or operational requirements
- Design and develop microlearning and on-demand learning experiences
- Create engaging multimedia content, including interactive elements, graphics, audio, and video
- Perform quality assurance and testing of courses prior to release
- Partner with LMS administrators to publish, test, and launch courses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
- Continuously evaluate and improve learning materials based on feedback and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Instructional Design, Corporate Training, or a related field
- Instructional Design certification or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or corporate training
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with modern learning approaches, including microlearning and just-in-time training
- Working knowledge of the ADDIE instructional design model
- Experience developing training for software or technical systems preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards
