The Instructional Designer will design and deliver multimedia learning solutions focused on emerging topics in the financial markets, particularly crypto assets and blockchain technology. This individual contributor role will analyze training needs and develop strategic and operational training plans that accelerate time to value for learners and execute best-in-class learning solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver in-person instructor-led training events and learning experiences for crypto asset and blockchain topics.
Execute large, multifaceted training initiatives and visual campaigns with high organizational visibility.
Administer end-to-end training programs and projects within specified timeframes and budgets.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of learning solutions aligned with adult-learning principles.
Provide input on curriculum design strategy, ensuring learning objectives and delivery methods suit the audience.
Ensure quality through evaluation and continuous improvement practices.
Produce synchronous and asynchronous learning solutions, including:
- Animated instructional videos
- On-demand e-learning
- In-person and virtual instructor-led training
- Job aids and interactive playbooks
Create graphics and animations that simplify complex ideas and demonstrate creativity.

Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Learning Technology, Adult Learning, Education, Communications, or related fields.
Intermediate-level knowledge of crypto assets and blockchain concepts.
Demonstrated experience creating learning solutions for crypto and blockchain topics.
Proven experience designing and delivering in-person instructor-led training.
Experience in financial sector learning solutions preferred.
Master's degree in Instructional Design strongly preferred.
Proficiency in instructional design tools and platforms:
- Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline)
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Camtasia
