Design

Responsibilities:
• Analyze training needs and objectives to determine appropriate instructional strategies and content delivery methods
• Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and assessments
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate content
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Utilize multimedia tools and technologies to enhance learning materials
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of instructional content
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology-enhanced learning
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience in instructional design and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting
• Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
• Strong knowledge of e-learning authoring tools, learning management systems, and multimedia technologies
