You are a detail-oriented, creative and analytical learner and teacher with experience designing, managing and facilitating learning solutions with groups across multiple business functions. 

In this role, you’ll be expected to design, develop, deliver and oversee existing and future learning & development programs across our BPO’s.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-moving organization using lightweight processes, creative ideas, and quick iteration to make a significant impact. This role requires a detail-oriented, creative and metrics-driven problem solver with extensive experience designing and developing learning solutions. You will be a part of a team that is accountable for shaping Chime’s Learning and Development program strategy.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $82,620 and up to $114,800. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to
  • Gain a deep understanding of specific lines of business (Identity and Fraud Experience), including the operations and key performance indicators.
  • Act as a learning consultant to SMEs, conducting thorough training needs analyses and recommending learning strategies that drive strong outcomes.
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create engaging & interactive learning solutions 
  • Lead the end-to-end design and development of content, utilizing assessment techniques to evaluate effectiveness and maintain alignment with learning objectives.
  • Flex your data and analytical muscles to evaluate the impact of learning solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance their impact and efficiency
  • Maintain and hold accountable to Chime SOPs, SLAs and  overall training standards

To thrive in this role, you have
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least 2 years of instructional design experience or 5+ years in a learning & development role
  • Experience applying instructional design methodologies to create high-impact learning solutions aligned with specific business needs
  • Experience designing evaluation strategy & execution to evaluate the efficacy of learning programs
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools including Articulate 360 Experience designing and developing high impact blended learning solutions
