Instructional Designer Full Description
Instructional Designer (Hybrid)
Location: Hybrid - Malvern, PA (Tues/Weds/Thurs onsite)
Job Type: 6-month contract, potential to extend up to 9-12 months
Compensation Range: $50-$65/hr W2
We're seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to support the creation and delivery of engaging training content. This role focuses on developing simulations and eLearning experiences that drive behavior change and align with adult learning theory.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop instructional materials, simulations, and assessments.
- Analyze training needs and translate them into engaging learning solutions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to build and refine content.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and iterate based on feedback.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in learning theory and curriculum design.
- Proficiency in eLearning tools such as Articulate and Captivate, as well as LMS platforms.
- Ability to identify and integrate behavior change into instructional design.
- A portfolio of work/samples.
