Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:  
  • Demonstrate L&D functional expertise with a deep understanding of instructional design and adult learning theories to ensure that learning materials are effective, engaging, and aligned with learning objectives and performance outcomes.    
  • Design and develop high-quality, blended learning curriculums using various mediums, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, and microlearning experiences through videos, infographics, and other digital assets.   
  • Aligning enterprise strategy to all content creation to prioritize and drive outcomes  
  • Set enterprise learning standards and maintain playbook in conjunction with leadership.  Evaluate all submission to the Learning Governance Committee to ensure alignment to Ivy’s standards.   
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to conduct thorough needs analyses to identify learner needs and develop targeted solutions for performance improvement.     
  • Utilize multimedia tools to enhance the delivery and interactivity of learning content through various modalities.    
  • Conduct thorough reviews and revisions of content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and adherence to organizational standards.    
  • Develop and implement evaluation strategies to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven enhancements.    
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.  

Qualifications:  
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, adult education, or related field.    
  • Proven experience in adult learning, instructional design, curriculum development, and learning content creation.   
  • Proficiency with multimedia development tools, including TechSmith Camtasia/SnagIt, Vyond, etc.    
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools, including Articulate 360 Suite (Storyline, Rise), Adobe Captivate, etc.   
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.   
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.   
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, passionate about creating engaging learning experiences.   
  • Experience working with Workday learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.   
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.   
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.

Compensation for this role ranges up to $80,000.00 based on experience.
