We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer and Trainer with a solid understanding of Organizational Change Management (OCM) to develop, design, and implement effective training programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating engaging learning experiences and possess expertise in instructional design methodologies. Prior experience in OCM will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analysis to identify training requirements and customize programs accordingly.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and instructional design teams to ensure training content is relevant, accurate, and effective.
  • Utilize various instructional design methodologies and multimedia tools to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of OCM strategies to support transitions and the adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Provide support and coaching to employees and management during change initiatives.
  • Stay updated with current industry trends and best practices in instructional design and training.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven 8+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer or Trainer.
  • Proficiency in e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience working in government agencies.
  • Certification in instructional design or training (e.g., CPLP, CPTD) is a plus.
