What You'll Do

Responsibilities 
  • Work with the corporate training manager to create educational videos and content
  • Design and revamp both new and established training modules
  • Implement feedback from program reviews
  • Train others on specifications for content delivery
  • Research new innovations in both learning design and training
  • Write learning objectives
  • Determine the scope of training projects
  • Create the layout of the instructional material
  • Write content
  • Develop audio, visual, and interactive media aids
  • Plan and create assessments
  • Ensure content matches established objectives
  • Reshape content for changing needs
  • Structure content and activities for optimizing learning
  • Create and test multimedia assets
  • Develop entire courses and curriculum
  • Create student guides and training manuals as required
  • Conduct research as required
  • Ensure ADA compliance by generating Closed Captioned content
  • Clean up and post prerecorded content as required
  • Work with subject matter experts to develop training materials
  • Quickly learn and assess new software tools to determine usability for the department
  • Evaluate new eLearning materials
  • Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Skills & Qualifications 
  • High school diploma or GED required. BS in business or education preferred.
  • 6+ years of related experience.
  • If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required.
  • Ability to quickly learn and assess emerging training development tools
  • Experience developing SCORM compliant training modules
  • Experience working with Learning Management System
  • Experience working with Animation software
  • Versatile skillset to create effective learning courses and materials to meet their intended goals.
  • Proficient in Adobe Audition or equivalent software for audio editing
  • Proficient in Adobe Premier Pro or equivalent software for video editing
