Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Writing, editing, and designing a wide range of learning experiences using a variety of media.
  • Providing Learning and Development support for specific initiatives and programs such as onboarding, product knowledge, compliance, leadership development, and apprentice programs for our offices, facilities, and store locations. 
  • Working with assigned content categories and teams on the full range of Learning and Development functions, including:
  • Conducting market visits to determine knowledge gaps, collect feedback, and gather data.  
  • Collaborating on learning program implementation and sustainability solutions.
  • Preparing and distributing training content, such as instructional material, handouts, evaluation forms, visual aids, reports, etc.
  • Evaluating learning outcomes and recommending improvement strategies and tactics.  

Skills:
  • Expert copywriting and copyediting skills with an eagle eye for detail
  • Cultivates a creative team environment by consistently generating and implementing innovative ideas that push the boundaries of conventional thinking. 
  • Actively promotes collaboration within cross-functional teams, encouraging diverse perspectives and ensuring the seamless flow of ideas to achieve collective goals.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills by prioritizing tasks, maintaining meticulous project documentation, and implementing streamlined processes to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Willingness to learn graphics and multimedia with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere), Microsoft, and Articulate 360 Rise & Storyline
  • Working knowledge of Learning & Development and Program & Project Management concepts, practices, and processes.
  • A keen eye for troubleshooting course issues or Learning Management system errors.
  • Data-driven approach to analyze survey feedback to curate key insights.
  • Actively seeks, embraces, and implements feedback, contributing to a culture of learning and growth.
  • Displays strong levels of customer service.

This role is based out of Austin Store Support office with an expectation of being in the office 5 days a week.

Education & Experience:
  • BA/BS degree and 2+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

The wage range for this position is $60,021.00-$102,036.00 Annual, commensurate with experience. Whole Foods Market offers "Whole Benefits".
