Role: The Moore Group is seeking a Instructional Designer to provide innovative digital training solutions for pharmaceutical companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with subject matter experts to understand training needs and design solutions to meet those needs.
- Design and build short videos for the purpose of marketing, training or communications.
- Design and build newsletters, posters and e-signs for various internal organizations.
- Develop web-based training for internal systems training using Articulate Storyline (includes drafting storyboards, design templates, full design and development, posting to LMS).
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Educational Technology, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
Instructional Design Experience: 5+ years creating training or learning experiences. Knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, adult learning theory, Bloom's Taxonomy, and/or other learning frameworks.
E-learning development: Experience creating online courses, modules, simulations, or interactive learning.
Authoring tools: Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar platforms.
LMS experience: Ability to build, upload, manage, and track courses in systems such as Moodle, Canvas, Cornerstone, Workday Learning, etc.
Content development: Strong writing, editing, storyboarding, and instructional content skills.
Required Start Time: Daily start time of 8 a.m. US-ET is required due to national and international operations.
