AlphaGov delivers public-sector consulting for cities, counties, school systems, special districts, utilities, and related agencies. Our work spans classification and compensation, organizational and operational studies, research and program evaluation, economic and workforce analysis, surveys and community research, and applied data and infrastructure research.
We engage experienced practitioners as project-based collaborators. Engagements are remote-first with occasional client travel. Requirements
Required
  • Demonstrated experience designing adult or workforce training curricula using ADDIE, SAM, or a comparable model
  • Experience writing facilitator guides, learner materials, and assessments for adult learners
  • Working knowledge of accessibility (Section 508 / WCAG) and plain-language design
  • Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant, remote-first with occasional client travel
Nice to have
  • Experience with community colleges, workforce boards, WIOA programs, or pre-apprenticeship training
  • Proficiency with Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or a learning management system
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) content development
