Job Description:
Shift: Monday -Thursday 8am-5pm. Friday 8am-3pm.
Address: Hybrid position, in office 2-3 days per week at 608 East Altamonte Drive, Altamonte Springs FL 32701
Collaborates with the Learning Technologies team, stakeholders, and SMEs to identify staff learning needs. Designs and develops interactive Level 1-3 learning experiences using evidence-based eLearning principles. Uploads and tests courses in the Saba-based LMS to ensure functionality and user experience. Develops supportive training materials, including instructional videos, job aids, and user manuals. Conceptualizes and produces graphics to enhance learning content. Maintains knowledge of content design processes, applications, technology, policies, and procedures. Establishes and maintains communication with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness. Documents communication within the Learning Technologies team to track progress and ensure project completion. Stays current on instructional design trends and integrates new strategies into learning experiences. Uses education research data to inform instructional strategies and design decisions. Authors and modifies eLearning interactivity and instructional design to fit the architecture and medium of delivery. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Expertise with course authoring software and eLearning design best practices. [Required]• Expertise with basic functions, test building, graphics and Level 1-3 interactivity to include complex branching, animated video, customized audio and scenario-based cases. [Required]• Ability to integrate the organizational educational needs into learning programs using industry and evidence-based best practices and provided software tools. [Required]• Strong history (3-5 years) using video editing software (Adobe Premiere/Final Cut Pro) and filming best practices. [Required]• Advanced knowledge of camera, video and production equipment. [Required]• Effective computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, OneNote, Snagit, Visio, Graphics software and Visio. [Required]• Leads online course building /video-based projects, strong project management, collaboration and customer relation skills. [Required]• Ability to work in a matrix-management environment to achieve organizational goals. [Required]• Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts and ideas in understandable terms to all levels of internal staff (customers). [Required]• Ability to use tools provided to generate custom reports based on specified business requirements. [Required]• Solid leadership skills, initiative and self-direction. [Required]• Working knowledge of principles of Learning Management Systems (LMS). [Required]• Ability to use LMS tools provided to generate custom usage and evaluation reports based on specified business requirements. [Required]• Ability to work independently while meeting hard deadlines. [Required]• Knowledge of adult learning principles and education administration processes. [Required]• Basic understanding of HTML and SharePoint. [Preferred]• Familiarity with networking, IT and computer hardware terminology. [Preferred]• Strong understanding of High Definition (HD) production and post production workflows. [Preferred]

Work Experience:
• 3+ demonstrated experience with adobe creative suite or equivalent course authoring/asset management/development tool(s). [Required]• 3+ experience in healthcare education. [Preferred]• 3+ experience in learning systems software or technology-based learning development. [Required]• 3+ experience with course authoring software and elearning design best practices, including basic functions, test building, graphics and level 1-3 interactivity to include complex branching, animated video, customized audio and scenario-based cases. [Required]• 5+ experience using storyline (articulate products) content authoring tools. [Required]• 5+ experience with project management practices and software (ms project, or other pm tools). [Required]• Demonstrated experience with Final Cut Pro, Mac OS, and Adobe or Articulate products. [Preferred]• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. [Preferred]• Experience with Shared Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) conformant instructional objects. [Required]• Experience with Tin Can (xAPI), and cmi5 standards in learning systems. [Preferred]• Experience working in healthcare system instructional technology or learning environment. [Preferred]• LMS experience, preferably in a SABA LMS environment [Preferred]

-Bachelor's Degree OR 9+ years of progressive experience in organizational development, talent management, education, human resources, consulting or related field
