Job Description:
Shift: Monday -Thursday 8am-5pm. Friday 8am-3pm.
Address: Hybrid position, in office 2-3 days per week at 608 East Altamonte Drive, Altamonte Springs FL 32701

Collaborates with the Learning Technologies team, stakeholders, and SMEs to identify staff learning needs. Designs and develops interactive Level 1-3 learning experiences using evidence-based eLearning principles. Uploads and tests courses in the Saba-based LMS to ensure functionality and user experience. Develops supportive training materials, including instructional videos, job aids, and user manuals. Conceptualizes and produces graphics to enhance learning content. Maintains knowledge of content design processes, applications, technology, policies, and procedures. Establishes and maintains communication with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness. Documents communication within the Learning Technologies team to track progress and ensure project completion. Stays current on instructional design trends and integrates new strategies into learning experiences. Uses education research data to inform instructional strategies and design decisions. Authors and modifies eLearning interactivity and instructional design to fit the architecture and medium of delivery. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Expertise with course authoring software and eLearning design best practices. [Required]• Expertise with basic functions, test building, graphics and Level 1-3 interactivity to include complex branching, animated video, customized audio and scenario-based cases. [Required]• Ability to integrate the organizational educational needs into learning programs using industry and evidence-based best practices and provided software tools. [Required]• Strong history (3-5 years) using video editing software (Adobe Premiere/Final Cut Pro) and filming best practices. [Required]• Advanced knowledge of camera, video and production equipment. [Required]• Effective computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, OneNote, Snagit, Visio, Graphics software and Visio. [Required]• Leads online course building /video-based projects, strong project management, collaboration and customer relation skills. [Required]• Ability to work in a matrix-management environment to achieve organizational goals. [Required]• Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts and ideas in understandable terms to all levels of internal staff (customers).
