The Opportunity
As Instructional Designer and Facilitator, you will be responsible for supporting the design of enterprise employee and leadership development programs, online learning courses and engaging learning material. Your primary focus will be applying your instructional design and technical skills to a growing curriculum of programs by creating and leveraging AI and innovative technologies to bring learning to life. The secondary focus will be to support and deliver live virtual or face-to-face course facilitation.  To be successful you will need to deliver a wide range of technical skills to uplift existing content, develop new and exciting training courses and become an ambassador for the Talent Management team; such as AI and automation, class leading gamification, e-learn creation, visual design and illustration, learning theory, training needs analysis, collaboration, partner engagement, data analysis and project management.

Salary Range:  $90,000 - $115,000 (Bonus & LTI eligible)

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Create learning materials including on-demand courses, workshops, presentations, supporting collateral and gamified experiences for new and existing development programs
  • Facilitate and co-facilitate live virtual and face-to-face development programs
  • Be a subject expert for instructional design and associated technical solutions within the Talent Management team and to internal collaborators
  • Research needs analysis data and relevant material or frameworks to ensure learning is targeted and impactful
  • Partner with SME’s to design, curate and deliver learning content across the entire organization
  • Maintain and implement continuous improvement across a range of development program materials
  • Collaborate with internal partners, including HR, people managers, internal communication, and multiple IT teams to develop and enable program content.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and individual learning assets and continuously refine content and delivery mechanisms to meet evolving business needs.
  • Stay current with learning technology trends and advancements to keep learning materials relevant and impactful.
  • Continually challenge current approaches through adoption of groundbreaking technologies and AI automation
  • Assist with other Talent Management projects and initiatives
  • As these programs continue to grow and mature, the focus on program creation will gradually decrease. Over time, responsibilities may shift toward program facilitation and involvement in other strategic initiatives, offering opportunities for continued development and impact across the organization.

What You Will Need to Succeed
  • 3+ years (or equivalent) of experience in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or a related field, with a focus on Employee & Leadership development
  • Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent relevant experience or 5+ years with no degree and relevant experience
  • A subject matter expert and significant experience working with the Articulate 360 suite, Google Slides or PowerPoint and visual design software 
  • Demonstrated ability to create audio, video, simulations, role plays, tests, games and other enhanced learning material
  • Proven experience working with a range of Learning Management Systems and Learning Experience Platforms with a particular emphasis on SCORM file application, API connections, learner journey and automation.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with internal teams to design learning programs and material.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting, collaboration, and advising skills.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and maintain project documentation and quality assurance
