Role Description:
Imagine leading innovative learning projects that drive professional growth across an entire organization. As the Instructional Designer II, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders and subject matter experts, developing high-impact learning solutions including eLearning modules, instructor-led content, and blended programs. Based in our St. Louis office, you’ll manage complex projects independently and apply advanced instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE to create results-driven, performance-based learning experiences. Your expertise will ensure accessibility compliance and the delivery of engaging content that aligns with business goals and resonates with diverse learners. Staying current on trends and tools, you’ll champion learning excellence while supporting a culture of continuous development. Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Management and Organizational Studies, or related field such as Psychology or Business Administration preferred.

Required Qualifications:
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • 3 or more years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design in a corporate or business environment
  • Advanced proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead learning projects with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization
  • Experience with LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant content development
  • Skilled in adult learning theory and learning evaluation frameworks
  • Familiarity with instructional accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG)
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, strong time management, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload across multiple projects
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools used in instructional design
  • This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd Saint Louis, MO or up to 2 days of work-from-home.. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.
