As an instructional designer lead on the IT Learning Solutions team, you'll prioritize designing, developing, and delivering high-impact learning solutions aligned with business goals and performance improvement initiatives. You'll partner with collaborators to assess learning requirements, create engaging and effective training content, and measure outcomes to ensure continuous improvement. Additionally, you'll support IT and AI learning initiatives and collaborate with IT professionals to address technical training needs.
 
This is a remote position with occasional travel to Corporate Headquarters (300 North Commons Blvd., Mayfield Village, Ohio) roughly one to two times per year.

Must-have qualifications
  • A minimum of six years instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years instructional design/development, teaching/training delivery, web design experience or responsibilities that involve performance improvement initiatives

Preferred skills
  • Professional instructional design experience with a heavy emphasis in IT/AI technical systems, tools, and processes
  • Proficiency in applying instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, and the use of eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Vyond, and Adobe to create effective learning experiences)
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with IT/AI subject matter experts, stakeholders, and team members
  • Agile content development, including proficiency in embracing emerging technologies and methodologies, in addition to a commitment to enhancing instructional design through the strategic use of storytelling to engage and inspire learners 

Compensation
  • $81,400 - $108,500/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
