Summary:
The Instructional Designer supports the organization in the review, design, development, and evaluation of innovative learning solutions, including instructor led materials, e-learning modules, virtual training, simulations, job aids, and performance support tools.

Responsibilities:
Produces videos (film on-site, footage segments and complete post-production; music, dialogues/voiceover, graphics, and effects) for training, knowledge transfer, and corporate events. Complies with all branding and identity standards and reviews quality of final product before release.Maintains all AV equipment in good working condition, trains and instructs others in the usage of AV equipment and oversees the delivery of AV equipment and services to designated clients.Incorporates technology and tools to enhance the delivery of learning solutions.Revises existing content based on feedback, evaluation results, and industry trends.Evaluates the impact of learning interventions on employee performance or other pre-identified evaluative metrics/ROIs.Applies adult learning theory, instructional design models, and user-centered design principles to design and develop various types of learning solutions, such as e-learning modules, videos, simulations, games, job aids, assessments,, etc. using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360 etc. Completes projects on time and within budget.Collaborates with Instructional Design Manager on needs analysis, learning objectives, storyboards, and instructional materials using sound instructional design principles and best practices.Capture high-quality portraits and event coverage, ensuring that they are visually appealing and meet the client's needs. Utilize editing and touch-up skills to enhance the captured photographs, ensuring a consistent and professional final output.

Knowledge of Fair Use/Copyright laws.

Required Work Experience: Two (2) years of experience in Instructional Design and e-Learning design.
