What will your main responsibilities look like?

In this role, you will be led to:
  •  Work with SMEs to conduct learning needs analysis and capture software functionality;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and produce multimedia courses, modules, microlearning, videos, learning paths, and other asynchronous instructional content;
  • Develop assessments to drive learner comprehension and retention of information;
  • Use data insights and feedback to improve usability and business outcomes;
  • Regularly evaluate and update existing training materials;
  • Ensure alignment with brand and quality control standards;
  • Own instructional content creation from concept to completion.
 
What elements of your professional background will be necessary and useful in this role?
  • Excellent writing and editorial skills with strong attention to detail and voice;
  • 3-5 years’ experience in instructional content design and media production focused on software training in a tech environment;
  • Proficient with Articulate 360 products (Rise, Reach) and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite;
  • Experience with an LMS and/or DAP (Walk Me preferred);
  • Experience leveraging AI for TTS and video generation;
  • Ability to manage and meet deadlines for multiple projects independently;
  • Has good judgment on how design and creative ideas will execute and scale.
