Job Overview:  As an Instructional Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and effective learning materials to support the education of our internal sales teams and channel partners. You will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), product marketing managers, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training content for a wide array of products and software applications. Your work will contribute to the development of both live classroom training and on-demand learning modules, ensuring our teams have the tools they need to succeed. 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality instructional materials, including user guides, video tutorials, interactive e-learning modules, and knowledge-based articles. 
  • Create visually engaging multimedia content that simplifies complex technical concepts, making them accessible for diverse learner audiences. 
  • Develop structured learning paths and curricula tailored to different user roles and proficiency levels, ensuring a personalized learning experience. 
  • Leverage multimedia content creation tools, graphic design software, video editing tools, and e-learning authoring platforms to develop diverse learning experiences. 
  • Collaborate with SMEs and product marketing managers to gather insights on products, software applications, and industry trends to inform content development. 
  • Stay up-to-date with instructional design trends, emerging learning technologies, and best practices to continually enhance the quality and impact of training materials. 
  • Measure the effectiveness of training content and materials through assessments, feedback, and analytics, and refine them for ongoing improvement. 
  • Participate in project planning, adhering to deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of content. 

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Revenue Enablement, with a focus on instructional design and content creation in a technical or IT-related environment. 
  • Proficiency in multimedia and e-learning authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, etc. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to break down complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content. 
  • Creative mindset with a strong ability to visualize and communicate concepts through multimedia. 
  • Experience building courses within Learning Management Systems (LMS), including gamification and branching scenarios. 
  • Sales Enablement or Revenue Enablement certifications are a plus.
