| Job Summary | The Lead Instructional Designer for the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business Online Development team provides strategic leadership for the design, development, and continuous improvement of online and hybrid learning experiences. This position works closely with faculty, instructional designers, multimedia specialists, and program staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging, and effective online courses. The Lead Instructional Designer serves as a senior member of the Online Development team, overseeing instructional design processes, managing course development projects, mentoring and supervising instructional design staff, and promoting best practices in online pedagogy and educational technology. The incumbent provides consultation, training, and support to faculty while ensuring quality standards and project timelines are met across multiple programs. |

Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 10 years or a master’s (or equivalency) + 8 years of directly related work experience. |
