Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Instructional Systems Designer/Documentation Specialist to work for us as our direct, W2 salaried or hourly employee to join our team. You will:
·        Design and develop new self-paced online lessons and videos.
·        Revise existing interactive self-paced online lessons and videos.
·        Utilize Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, and/or Camtasia for training development, including multimedia components.
·        Create, edit, and disseminate instructional technical documentation and training resources such as Quick Reference Guides and Instructional Manuals.
·        Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure effective learning solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:
·        5 years of experience designing self-paced online content for adult learners.
·        5 years of experience creating multimedia and SCORM-compliant learning using Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise.
·        2 years of experience conducting quality assurance reviews for eLearning content.

Desired Skills and Experience:
·        Experience with Vyond or similar platform to create video components within training.
·        Experience with learning management systems and content integration.
·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word.
·        Ability to meet deadlines and manage deliverables on multiple projects simultaneously.
·        Knowledge of adult learning theory and principles, and best practices for self-paced online eLearning delivery.
