Responsibilities:

Noblis is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer (Multiple Levels) with an ACTIVE Top Secret in Springfield, VA

As an Instructional Systems Designer at Noblis, you’ll work with subject matter experts, scientists, and clients to capture learning requirements and recommend solutions to advance their mission effectiveness. Leveraging learner-centric principles to design the experience, you’ll design synchronous, asynchronous material, and performance support tools that most effectively improve performance while minimizing impact to time away from mission for learners. Building from ADDIE and SAM models, your expertise and creativity will result in new ideas to develop engaging and interactive learning experiences. Your expert communications skills will be critical as you meet regularly with stakeholders to solicit ideas, gather information, ideate on innovative delivery techniques, and incorporate collected feedback throughout the development process. To ensure learning solutions delivered are meaningful and meeting expectations, you will collect and analyze results using various evaluation methodologies, namely the Kirkpatrick Model, then assess and implement adjustments to learning solutions to maximize continuous improvement. Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
