Administers and supports Montana State University's LMS and related instructional technologies.
Provides hands-on technical troubleshooting and user consultation for faculty, staff, and students.
Manages LMS accounts, permissions, authentication, and third-party integrations.
Develops training, documentation, and workshops to promote effective LMS usage and accessible course design.
Collaborates with university departments such as the Center for Faculty Excellence and Academic Technology and Outreach.
Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, expertise with LMS, and skills in technical support and instructional consulting.
Preferred experience includes Canvas LMS, systems administration in higher education, project management, and digital accessibility.
The position offers a salary range of $28.80 to $33.00 per hour, commensurate with qualifications.
Classified, exempt, full-time role within the Academic Technology & Outreach division.
Supports both credit and non-credit instructional initiatives and system governance across the university.
