The Instructional Video Designer designs and creates engaging, high-quality instructional video content that supports client adoption and advances R365’s learning and certification strategy. This role combines creative visual storytelling with instructional expertise—developing original media assets that transform complex product concepts into compelling, easy-to-understand learning experiences.

Instructional Video Designers operate with creative autonomy to determine visual approach, pacing, and structure. They manage multiple concurrent projects, scoping timelines and deliverables, and ensuring consistent alignment with instructional objectives, brand standards, and project goals. This position requires both creative judgment and strong project management discipline to balance artistry with precision and delivery efficiency.

Maintain visibility into all assigned deliverables by updating project milestones, task progress, and PSA records for team alignment and reporting.
Manage established AI-assisted workflows to streamline production and improve quality.
Collaborate cross-functionally with editors, instructional designers, and project leads to ensure consistent, high-quality project deliverables.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

2+ years of experience in video editing, motion design, or instructional media creation.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects), Camtasia, and animation tools (Blender).
Demonstrated ability to create original instructional scripts, media assets, and visual narratives that support defined learning objectives.
Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant packaging.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

This position has a salary range of $78,8000-$118,200 per year. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
