Keller Postman represents a broad array of clients in class and mass actions, individual arbitrations, and multidistrict litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts. Purpose: Keller Postman seeks an Intake Training Manager to support its practice of representing a broad array of clients as plaintiffs in complex litigation. This position assesses the Intake team’s learning and development needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. The Intake Training Manager creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate and enhance the performance of our Intake team staff.  

This position will work a hybrid schedule of three days per week in our Lake Mary, Florida, office, and two days remote. The compensation for this position, depending on experience, is a base salary of $95,000 to $110,000 per year, plus a discretionary bonus and benefits.

Essential Functions:
  • Design and develop intake training and development programs and objectives for new hires and current employees. 
  • Develop, organize, and maintain effective training materials and content utilizing a variety of media.  
  • Administer ongoing training to Intake team members to ensure they are always up to date on the knowledge required to perform their jobs effectively. 
  • Facilitate training and onboarding activities for new hires.  
  • Partner with other Intake Managers and Team Leads and conduct ongoing learning needs assessments to identify performance gaps and determine requirements for revising existing programs and developing new materials.  
  • Develop and maintain organizational communications, such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters, to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources. 
  • Manage implementation and administration of knowledge management software.  
  • Responsible for directly managing at least two direct reports providing the necessary training, coaching, and instruction for their day-to-day tasks.

Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Strong presentation skills.  
  • Ability to manage direct reports. 
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods. 
  • Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives that are effective with various learning styles.  
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development.   
  • Experience using knowledge sharing tools (i.e, SharePoint, Dropbox, etc.).  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. 

Education/Experience: 
  • 3+ years of related experience is required.  
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; at least associates degree required.

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English. 
  • Must have the ability to obtain case-related information from lawyers and other subject-matter experts, digest that information, and then prepare communications that effectively convey it to non-specialist employees – in other words, must be a master of making complex information simple.
